![]() We ended up researching it online and had to all but force them to replace one of the computer boards. After the last issue, we contacted the manufacturer who was unwilling to do anything to help cover the cost of the repair which the dealership had no idea how to fix. Not long after that was fixed, the vehicle would randomly lose all power while driving on the road. ![]() This was particularly upsetting as it was apparently posing danger to my family yet nothing was distributed by the manufacturer notifying the owners of a particularly dangerous problem. They sent a tow truck to take it to the dealer for repair and the cost was completely covered because it did in fact have a "recall" of sorts on it. Upon speaking with the manufacturer, they said to discontinue using the vehicle IMMEDIATELY as it was a MAJOR hazard. The repair shop suggested we call the manufacturer directly. We called the dealer service center who said that they didn't know what that repair shop was talking about, there was no "recalls" or anything like that. It would have been costly to fix but upon contacting a repair shop, they said our vehicle had a "special service bulletin" from the manufacturer for that particular problem. The vehicle developed a strong gasoline smell that turned out to be a fuel leak. This vehicle has had multiple major issues before even hitting 100,000 miles. ![]()
